Our goal is simple: develop great basketball players and even better young people. Hoop Phene Elite was created to give athletes in the Bakersfield area an opportunity to improve their skills, compete at a high level, and grow their love for the game.
Through our academy training sessions, AAU teams, and competitive tournaments, we focus on helping players build strong fundamentals, basketball IQ, and confidence both on and off the court.
